About Nancy Kemner

Prepare for tomorrow....have peace of mind today.

Nancy E. Kemner brings many years of diverse legal experience to her firm. She is a 1987 graduate of the University of South Florida, and received her Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law in 1990. Nancy completed her Master of Laws (LL. M.) in Elder Law in 2010, also from the Stetson University College of Law. Nancy spent the first several years of her legal career in a downtown Jacksonville firm, where she ultimately became a partner.

At that firm, and in later legal associations, she practiced primarily in the area of civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters such as personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability. Nancy ultimately decided to transition to a practice where her clients enjoy the immediate benefits of her efforts, and now practices exclusively in the areas of elder law, wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, and Medicaid planning.

Nancy is a member of the Florida Bar, Probate, and is also a member of the Tennessee State Bar, the Wyoming State Bar and an inactive member of the State Bar of Nebraska. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. She is an ex-officio Board Member of the Clay County Council on Aging, where she also provides pro-bono legal services.

Nancy is a resident of Fleming Island, where she lives with her husband and their furry family members. She enjoys watching Jaguar football games, scuba diving, riding horses, and traveling to visit her children and grandchildren.

We hope that you will consider the firm for your estate planning and associated needs. Nancy and her staff look forward to working with you to help you and your loved ones navigate through life’s adventures.
